食品加工技术

 

申请人条件：有相当的数学，物理和化学知识。对化学产品和食品的生产过程具有很大的兴趣。有在国际化的公司工作的欲望。同时具有雄心，喜欢独立的或是和其他人合作解决问题，喜欢和具有不同文化的背景的人员合作。

 

课程结构：普通的食品加工技术专业学制为四年。学校同时设有快捷课程，快捷课程学制为三年。每学年分为两个学期，每个学期分为几个教学模块。每个教学模块结束后，将以学生的学术表现和在团队中的表现作为评估标准。

 

课程内容：该专业侧重七个主题：生命与食品，有机化学，水处理，无机化学，操作维护，聚合体技术和加工工艺。为了确保课程的灵活性和课程的侧重点，课程分为六周到十二周的教学模块。学生通过使用反应堆，蒸馏塔等实验设备来获得实践经验知识。学生的数学，物理和化学等科技的知识，演讲能力，报告和沟通技巧也将得到加强。为了保证我们的课程与时代同步，我们与壳牌和联合利华等跨国公司保持着密切的合作关系。课程的最后是专业课和选修课，之后是在公司担任顾问工作的实习项目。

 

实习：由于课程的亲身实践性，在荷兰本土或国外的工作实习是该课程非常重要的一部分。

继续教育：在课程的最后一年，学生可以选择硕士预科课程。该硕士预科课程与代尔夫特大学的硕士课程直接连接。该硕士预科课程为生物化学工程硕士，化学工程硕士或生命科学与技术硕士奠定了良好的基础。

 

就业：作为食品加工技术专业人员，你可以自己创造新的塑料制品，新型涂料，甚至生产新口味的冰淇淋，也可以在严格的卫生条件下，大规模的研究新食品规模化生产。
